Hi, I'm Carrie!

Even as a little girl, I loved all things design.

I would gather all of my Mom's home magazines, cut out my favorite pictures and then put together my "dream home".  I even made a game out of it!  I would rope in somewhat willing friends, provide us with a budget and then see who could get closer to it without going over.  Add in a beautiful dollhouse handmade by my parents that I constantly redecorated and well...you might say this was my destiny. 

I am passionate about the feeling of HOME.  The touch, the smell, the energy that ignites your day and welcomes you back.  We all have ideas of what it means, let H&L help you bring it to life!  My approach lets me fully understand what solutions you really need.  I work directly with you, implementing a design that matches your dreams.  I then carefully craft a look that will reflect your thoughts, needs, and personality to create a stunningly beautiful HOME in the end.
